Feel supported during your cancer journey.
This week I shared on my IG stories a little bit more about my 'why' for creating the Mind.Body.Bond. program. If you are not following me on Instagram, I encourage you to do so (@erindawnbond). While you get to see cute pictures of my children, you also receive additional information on the program and cancer in general.
I thought I would share a bit more about my 'why' here on the blog. I really feel there are 2-sides to my story. The first is my career path. I was blessed to wake up one day as a senior in high school and *just know* I wanted to be a nurse. I remember the moment vividly. I walked into the kitchen of the home I grew up in. My mom was doing 'mom things' and I declared, "I think I want to be a nurse." She stopped, looked at me, and said, "I think you would make a great nurse." And that was that.
Having this new proclaimed desire made looking at colleges far easier. I decided on Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin. Go Eagles! My big brother was already playing...

When someone gets told he/she has cancer, strengthening the internal foundations is of the utmost importance. But learning how...
Welcome to the blog! My goal is to provide you with some useful information each week that coincides with the Mind.Body.Bond. program, podcast (coming soon!), or life events as they occur. I know there are so many options for you to scroll through, listen to, and/or read. I'm glad you are here!
For my first blog post, I wanted to simply share with you what the Mind.Body.Bond. program entails and my vision for the program, here on day one and into the future. The Mind.Body.Bond. program is a 6-mo program that helps support those impacted by cancer.
I am intentionally a little vague here. My immediate goal is to help a cancer patient during the diagnosis/treatment journey. However, I know there is so much support needed for caregivers as well. Ultimately it is my goal to host a 6-month caregiver program as well. I may also consider a 'post-treatment' program in the future if patients find this helpful.
The Mind.Body.Bond. program allows me to coach or guide someone through...
